A document by an Arts group, who weren't able to progress their plans to a purchase of the prison, has been released to inspire the council with their own attempts to acquire the Gaol. Here's an excerpt from the proposals, granting this is very much a best case ultimate outcome given the need to fund both the acquisition and regeneration of an historic site. Nevertheless, exciting possibilities!
